Our client is a leading coffee and vending machine supplier, and they are seeking a Workshop Engineer to join their expanding workshop team in the High Wycombe area.

They are looking for an electrically experienced Workshop Engineer to join their team in High Wycombe. You will need to be a passionate engineering professional who's full of energy and enthusiasm, drive and determination. You'll connect with people at all levels, engaging and influencing as you craft meaningful relationships in, out and across the wider business. The Workshop Engineer will be at the heart of the company operations in their workshop refurbishing and inspecting a wide range of coffee machines and vending machines to ensure that they're successfully installed to their high standards and delivering the highest quality coffee. You'll be driving effective communications between the workshop, field service engineers, retail stores and support teams as well as keeping up to date records.

Typical Duties:

  • Refurbishing a range of coffee machines and other equipment
  • Calibrating machines to ensure they provide optimum drink quality
  • Inspecting equipment before installation
  • Electrical testing of components
  • Fault finding and diagnosis on non-operational equipment

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a workshop environment, maintaining machines (preferably coffee machines but training can be provided) and you should be looking for an opportunity to join and enhance a winning team and rapidly expanding brand. You should also have a relevant electrical engineering qualification.

In return the business will offer a basic salary of around £24k, + incentives and KPIs. You'll have the opportunity to join an established brand-leader, and receive high-quality on-the-job training.
