You'll work with product owners, business analysts and a range of other professionals to deliver high-quality user experiences for our clients. Further Responsibilities of the UX Strategist/UX Designer (Finance, Fintech, Strategy) role:

  • You will uphold the strategy and vision of our UX product portfolio, working in an Agile environment
  • Produce research reports, user journeys and profiles
  • You will maintain communication with product owners and stakeholders throughout the product life cycle, aligning with both user and market requirements
  • Identifying end user requirements to create products in line with specific client needs
  • Contribute to product roadmaps and planning from a UX perspective
  • Combine UX design and concepts into analytics and embedded reporting
  • Use data from a range of sources to help identify opportunities and design strategies
  • Plan and conduct research for UX, such as workshops, interviews, usability tests


  • Previous experience with UX design and research techniques
  • Expert ability in comprehending observations to inform product development, with a strong interest in user behaviour and psychology
  • Confidence when conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops, and UX research
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, product owners and finance SMEs
  • The ability to track against requirements within our firm and offer solutions as well as improvements, following the best practices
  • Understanding of usability/accessibility standards and UX terminology
  • Ability to work with various technologies within the development workflow
  • Ability to create informed decisions via metrics info and document product alterations
  • Ability to understand and use web analytics usage data for further product development
