We are looking for a Trainer to join our busy team in Portsmouth!
As a Trainer/Coach you will provide coaching support for all staff within the Customer Contact Centre and cultivate an environment of delivering exceptional customer service using a combination of individual coaching sessions, listening to calls to provide essential feedback, group additional learning sessions and leading by example.

Roles & responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Facilitate induction training for all new staff starting employment within the Customer Contact Centre and nurture their development to acceptable levels of competency.
- Listening to calls and provide feedback.
- Provide Coaching support to all staff within the Customer Service Contact Centre.
- Assist writing training content for the coaching and training across all teams serving in the Customer Contact Centre.
- Coach staff how to resolve customer complaints as the first point of contact and how to maintain a 1st class service to all our customers.
This role offers flexibility in your working hours (the majority of hours ((37 hours)) to be worked between 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday)
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Experience delivering training content in person and/or online.
- Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Experience working co-operatively and efficiently within a team.
- Distribution network knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
