Do you want to work with a company whose world-class prevention of cyber-crime has secured the future of financial services institutions across the UK? The client is looking for a Test Manager to collaborate with existing teams and plan, manage and execute tests.

The Role

  • Managing the testing lifecycle of new, cutting edge products
  • Provide authoritative advice and guidance to colleagues (including training)
  • Organising test meetings and status reports with the senior leadership team
  • Implementing and embedding processes into existing departments
  • Maintain professional technical knowledge attending workshops reviewing professional publications and participating in professional societies
  • Investigating research on alternative tech, tools, and methods

Essential Criteria

  • SC cleared
  • Design and writing automation experience
  • Python Scripting and Java experience
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks
  • Exposure to DevOps approaches and associated tools e.g. Bamboo, BitBucket, Stash & Jenkins
  • Linux operating systems (Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server/CentOS)


  • Agile experience / Working in an Agile Team
  • Some level of Unit testing exposure
  • Jira / Confluence experience (or other ALM type solutions)

In return, the client is offering a day rate of between £400 and £500 per day for the right candidate.
