Test Engineer- Automation

A Test Engineer with experience in test automation has the opportunity to join a technology company on the verge of something exciting, here in Belfast.

The role:

As their new Test Engineer, you will focus on:

  • Defining a currently agnostic testing approach, by understanding the complex challenge at hand and choosing the right tools for the job (Selenium; Cucumber; TestNG etc)
  • Mentoring junior team members- promoting the benefits of test automation.
  • Delivering test solutions in an agile environment.
  • Taking advantage of all available training.

The candidate:

  • 3+ years' experience as a QA Engineer, with most recent experience in a test automation position,
  • Experience using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber etc.
  • Experience scripting for automation purposes (Powershell/ Python/ Bash)
  • Experience in carrying out testing duties in an agile environment.

The perks:

The selected QA Engineer will benefit from:

  • £35,000-£45,000 base salary.
  • 10% (£3500-£4500) Bonus
