A global leader in Sound and Vibration measurement solutions, who due to an ever increasing client base are looking for and energetic, highly motivated technical support professional. They must be based in a commutable distance to my clients Bedford office and must have experience in a technical support capacity. Furthermore it is crucial for this role that they possess the aptitude to learn and develop in a fast paced environment.
A technical background is essential alongside a being highly motivated and driven to succeed. This person must have an interest in and understanding of cutting edge technology. Technical support around B2B will be highly beneficial, B2C may be considered.

Offering technical support to existing clients
Maintaining and developing long standing relationships with existing client

Experience dealing with customer queries and issues
Experience selling into construction or environmental markets advantageous

Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
£20k-£25k basic salary
