What is the Role?

As Stores and Logistics Supervisor, you'll ensure the day to day site operations are safe and efficiently run at all times. You'll make sure that stores buildings, hub offices and meeting rooms are efficiently managed and maintained to company standards and that goods bought are safely stored and accounted for, delivered to the correct place at the correct time.

Some of your other main accountabilities will include;

- Actively promote a positive safety culture; monitor and control site safety to ensure all company rules and procedures are always applied by staff and contractors.

- Plan, organise, monitor and control operations to ensure full and effective use is made of resources.

- Ensuring inventory is maintained to meet business demands and is accounted for at all times and that all equipment is compliant to safety and engineering standards.

- Monitor and manage staff and contractors in relation to driving standards, ensuring they adhere to MoRR Standards and Procedures at all times.

What do I need?

Due to the nature of this role, there are a number of key requirements we are looking for, such as;

-Experienced in planning and supervising work programmes and effective resource utilisation

-Experienced in supervising procurement and using inventory systems

-Proven ability to plan, and manage multiple projects

-Excellent IT systems operations - ability to produce reports

-Excellent listening and communications skills

-Welcomes feedback and strives for superior team management

-Committed, flexible with a 'can do' attitude

-Logical problem-solving ability
