About the Department

Energy Customer Solutions is the face of SSE to our customers in GB and Ireland, providing leading and reliable B2B services as well as leading retail solutions for our B2C customers.

What is the Role?

You will be working within our SME Telephony Hub is a fast paced and rewarding role. It involves working as a team to handle in excess of 7,500 inbound calls a week from our SME business customers, this role is very fast paced.

As part of this role, you will build rewarding relationships both internally & externally, as you deliver SSEs unparalleled service levels, recommending the best solutions to suit our customers individual needs.

What do I need?

Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable but not essential.

Proficient use of Microsoft packages is useful
