The ServiceNow Project Manager role is one which requires a range of skills but none more important than versatility. This organisation offer a wide range of ServiceNow services from high level strategic work through technical delivery and bespoke product development.
You will tackle ServiceNow projects head on, manage cross-functional teams of Developers, Architects and Business Analysts as well as managing client expectations. You bring full awareness of the product and it's capability but don't necessarily understand the architecture.
You will work across multiple sectors and across the full capability of the product, not being limited to IT service management but rather delivering ServiceNow products at an enterprise level.
