About the Department
Energy Customer Solutions is the face of SSE to our customers in GB and Ireland, providing leading and reliable B2B services as well as leading retail solutions for our B2C customers.
What is the Role?
SSE Airtricity is looking to recruit Advisors into our Home Energy team. You will be required to work on inbound Home Moves retention and sales Campaigns, as set out by your Team Leader. Proactively signing up new occupants, landlord and letting agents to ensure continuation of supply at SSE Airtricity supplied premises.
While working towards set sales targets for new premises with existing customers, you should be proven in achieving sales targets and delivering customer service excellence and maintaining call handling efficiency. The energy industry is heavily regulated, and you will be required to work within regulatory guidelines and internal compliance procedures to ensure the business is not exposed to complaints.
What do I need?
You must be customer and quality focused, with an excellent telephone manor and strong interpersonal skills. You must have strong attention to detail and be passionate about delivering excellent service always. You should have a positive attitude with the ability to demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills together with the ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team. You should have the ability to work accurately under pressure and achieve challenging but realistic targets as set out by your Team Leader in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Working knowledge of MS Office is essential.
