Job Title: Reporting Analyst
Salary: £28,506 - £37,650 depending on skills and experience + excellent benefits
Permanent | Full Time Hours with flexible working patterns available
The main purpose of this role is to contribute to business performance improvement through advanced analysis to understand customer behaviour and taking action as a result of the insights identified. The Reporting Analyst is also responsible for developing and providing regular and bespoke reports, covering all areas of marketing operations within Retail and the development and maintenance of reporting databases and relevant processes. In short, the work you do will help us to fine tune our approach and improve our future marketing campaigns.
Your Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience using SQL, trend analysis, Microsoft access, OBIEE, Excel and Tableau. You'll also need knowledge of statistical techniques and packages. You'll be familiar with marketing automation platforms such as Oracle Eloqua.
Ideally, you'll have business knowledge from previously working on marketing campaigns - from knowing how they are produced through to tracking the success of those campaigns.
You'll need to be a strong communicator so that you can engage effectively with stakeholders, making sure you can report and/or present your findings to any audience, without using jargon, so your messages are clearly understood.
You'll also need to have a level of resilience. This role will be fast paced, sometimes working under pressure to tight deadlines whilst still maintaining quality of work, so an eye for the detail and excellent numeracy is also important.
