The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join our existing team to help us deliver Telecoms projects to a wide range of clients across the UK, ensuring we exceed our customer's expectations.

You'll be responsible for managing multiple projects from design, through delivery, to handover including managing the daily activities of internal and contractor resource, as well as project documentation, financial reporting, process management and escalation management to appropriate standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must for this role as you'll be liaising with customers, Project Managers and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and reviews, delivering safely and to our customers expectations.

Skills and Experience:

The ideal person for the role will come from a Telecoms Project Management background with specific experience of managing data/telephony network projects, providing connectivity to customer offices and data centres.

You should have extensive experience of managing projects deploying telecoms technologies including fibre optics, Voice, Video, Ethernet, Data & Transmission Systems in the Telecommunications/IT industry.

Demonstrable ability to portray the technical change in business terms for business engagement during planning and execution is essential.

You will have proven experience of stakeholder management with internal and external customers to contract and then through delivery phases within time and budget. Therefore, we expect the post holder to be a well organised, self-driven and strong communicator both verbally and in writing.

It would be advantageous if you understand health and safety requirements required including knowledge of the Construction Design and Management Regulations.
