Lead Product Designer (start-up, agile, technology, UX, UI)

Seeking a passionate, enthusiastic Lead Product Designer (view to move into the Head of UX) to join an award-winning, tech platform start-up who are revolutionising the world of mobility!

The Lead Product Designer responsibilities:

  • Deliver world-class interaction designs, from initial concept through to launch and evaluation of success
  • Work in a highly collaborative, Agile environment to ensure product meets requirements
  • Produce design visualizations to help everyone understand what the best experience should be: storyboards, flows, wireframes, prototypes, vision pieces and so on
  • Contribute to user experience design, product and development best practices and standards
  • Communicate work to developers, third parties and engineers clearly and constructively
  • Clearly present various stages of interface design development to business owners, team members and other stakeholders
  • Be the champion of a consistent experience across different products
  • Mentor and inspire junior designers and peers

Experience required from the Lead Product Designer:

  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations and group settings
  • Curiosity about a wide range of design-related subjects, always ready to learn new things about visual interaction, and motion design
  • A strong sense of personal motivation, being able to work independently with a proactive attitude in solving complex visual problems on different contexts
  • Always maintain a professional demeanour, even in the face of pressure, setbacks or when dealing with difficult situations
