What is the Role?
Were looking for a dynamic, confident professional to provide personal administrative assistance to our Director of Operations & Business Support and Director of Finance.
Principally, the support were seeking is in the following areas:
- Management and dissemination of confidential and sensitive information to and from directors and senior managers
- Co-ordination of complex diaries and travel arrangements
- Management of correspondence and documentation
- Scheduling of senior level conference calls, meetings and events
- Undertaking various projects to help your Directors ensure work is completed to time, to standard and to budget
- Acting as a key source of administrative advice and support to others within the structures you form a part of
This is a demanding role in a growing business, and those who can rise to the challenge will have previous experience of working in a similar position supporting senior level professionals in a large, complex organisation.
What do I need?
This is a demanding role in a growing business, and those who can rise to the challenge will have previous experience of working in a similar position supporting senior level professionals in a large, complex organisation. problem-solving skills are essential, as are excellent computer skills, and strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be required to present and explain a range of management information in a clear and concise way. You will need to be highly focussed, well organised, and work effectively under pressure.
On occasions there will be a requirement for you to work flexibly and this may include working beyond the end of your normal day. There may be instances when travel to other SSE sites may be required.
