The Role:

  • As Operations Support Assistant (APIs, health tech, management), you will maintain our valued relationships with our healthcare professional clients and their patients. You will discuss our solutions at length with them and relay information back to our talented team of IT developers.
  • You will use your outstanding organisational skills to take our products above and beyond our clients' expectations, listening carefully to customer feedback and complaints in order to ensure the continued success of our firm and the satisfaction of our customers.
  • You will take on responsibility for a variety of roles, possessing a genuine passion for improving people's lives. From organising regular meetings to discuss progress to assisting with GDPR and clinical policies and regulations, you'll have outstanding multi-tasking skills.

Requirements for the Operations Support Assistant (APIs, health tech, management) role:

  • Previous experience working alongside IT developers and familiarity with customer integration, API knowledge, operational process development and system frameworks.
  • Confident communication skills when liaising with colleagues, customers and end-users.
  • The ability to take on a leadership role and implement administrative structure if necessary.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment and performing under pressure.
  • An analytical mind with an ability to interpret various data forms.
  • Previous experience in a start-up environment, healthcare or health tech is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in high-level customer services management, user engagement and project management or product ownership is beneficial also, but not mandatory.
