What is the Role?
You'll be responsible for the operational delivery of a large contract base within our growing London/South East region. This includes leading and developing a team of coordinators and engineers to ensure that contract deliverables are met, that clients expectations are exceeded while at the same time generating extra works through targeted campaigns.
As well as this, you'll be responsible for the Management of adhoc reactive works including emergency call-outs, while also assisting with the development of enhanced working practises and systems. Finally, you'll also take control of the effective management of cost control and labour productivity.
What Do I Need?
To be successful in this role, you'll be an experienced BMS/BEMS Operations Manager and therefore be conversant with all aspects of BEMS including infrastructure, software, integration and controls philosophies. You'll also be able to engage in technical discussions around building control technologies with our clients and be confident in offering solutions in a clear and easily understood manner. Finally, P&L/financial experience would also be highly valuable.
We also use the Niagara 4 platform and automated decision-making software to provide an analytics engine to assist building owners deliver optimised working environments. Therefore, experience of these systems would be preferred, as you'll be taking the full range of our solutions to market in London and the south east.
As you will be travelling to different sites its essential that you hold a full driving licence.
