Job Title: National Business Development Manager
Salary: £50,000+ depending on skills and experience + car/cash allowance + annual bonus
Permanent | Full Time Hours with flexible working patterns available | 37 hours per week
In this role, you'll develop and procure new opportunities within the energy efficiency retrofit markets, working alongside Government initiatives to facilitate Energy Company Obligation and wider group objectives, regulation and compliance. Working with existing clients to maintain relationships and to build on a strong industry presence, you'll network across a large geographical area, achieving business targets and objectives, that are both financial and from a governance perspective. You'll also support the wider business development team through account management and strong leadership ensuring a national coherent approach is taken on all activity.
Your Skills and Experience
You'll have an in-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events and a sound understanding of government policy around clean growth, carbon emissions and fuel poverty alleviation such as: ECO, FiTs, RHI, EESSH, HEEPS. Demonstrable experience in a sales environment is essential, preferably from within a policy led industry. You'll bring excellent organisation, influencing and relationship building skills and be able to meet tight deadlines and handle pressurised situations.
