About the Department
Energy Customer Solutions is the face of SSE to our customers in GB and Ireland, providing leading and reliable B2B services as well as leading retail solutions for our B2C customers.
What is the Role?
We currently have an opportunity for a TPI Sales Account Manager to join our team due to continued growth and a commitment to deliver our business strategies.
In your role, you will manage a portfolio of existing client accounts; for each client you will act as subject expert, researching their business to ensure you understand their requirements, enabling you to provide a unique service. You will also look for ways to improve their service by delivering competitive offers, and ensure contracts are produced accurately and on time; subsequently ensuring renewal of contracts and optimisation of margins for our business.
What do I need?
Experience of account management coupled with the key ability to establish, nourish and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders would be advantageous. A good knowledge of Energy Markets and the wider industry would be highly advantageous, however not essential as full training will be provided.
