HR and Operations Administrator

For this role, the ideal HR & Operations Administrator will be proactive and good natured, always eager to take on new challenges and get stuck in!

Other tasks of our HR and Operations Administrator will be used to:

  • Producing innovative ways to increase engagement
  • Effectively Managing relationships between 3rd parties
  • General Admin tasks, working with various software
  • Liaising with our other offices to meet HR needs and requirements
  • Events Management (Summer parties, winners lunches etc)
  • Liaising with Senior Team Members
  • Producing various KPI reports and performance reviews
  • General HR and operational duties (holidays, absentees, expenses, office orders etc)
  • Running Anson McCade Social Media
  • Internal Recruitment, on boarding and training new consultants
