About the Role
Base Location: Thatcham
Salary: £22,178 - £29,290 pro rata + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: 3-month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible working options available
What is the Role?
Our Asset Data team ensure that the asset records of our underground and overhead electrical equipment are kept up to date. In this role you will:
- focus on maintaining and delivering network record and asset data using the company software, Geographical Information System (GIS) and asset register for use by both internal and selected external customers.
- support the wider team with routine and ad hoc requirements, as well as ensuring efficient running of the department on a day to day basis.
- interact with many stakeholders, both externally and within the business.
- utilise geographical mapping to conduct your duties.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- experience using a company GIS system.
- excellent IT skills including software's CITRIX, Explorer and the Office suite.
- a solid understanding of our company, electricity networks and the business structure in which we operate.
- a keen eye for detail and an ability to produce accurate and quality work.
- excellent interpersonal skills which allow you to build lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
