About the Department
Energy Customer Solutions is the face of SSE to our customers in GB and Ireland, providing leading and reliable B2B services as well as leading retail solutions for our B2C customers.
What is the Role?
SSE Airtricity Home Energy Services deliver energy efficiency improvements for domestic and non-domestic customers. You will work within the Energy Efficiency team scheduling bookings with customers, dealing with customer queries from multiple channels along with administrative support and reporting. In addition to this you will schedule appointments with the customers & monitor the daily, weekly, monthly schedule of the engineers to ensure that all appointments are arranged in the most effective way so that each appointment is met as agreed.
Other accountabilities will include call handling, administration, scheduling, liaising with suppliers/vendors, reporting, processing payments, complaint handling and safety. Liaising with various suppliers on a daily basis you will get the best price for the customer and the company, and to order parts and ensure they are delivered to the engineer in a timely manner. You will compile and update weekly/monthly reports to ensure that all outstanding jobs, queries etc. are dealt with and if not, to ensure they are properly dealt with.
What do I need?
To be successful in this role you must have extensive Customer Service experience in either a contact centre or a face to face capacity coupled with strong office administration skills. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver a consistently high level of customer care and satisfaction and as well as building and maintaining strong working relationships, as you'll be working closely with suppliers and engineers. Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Lastly, were looking for someone with excellent communication skills who is proactive and has a strong teamwork ethic.
