Digital Programme Manager - Digital Transformation


Anson McCade is on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic digital programme manager to join one of the most successful and fastest growing innovative technology hubs in the United Kingdom where you will be responsible for the day to day management of digital transformation programme and projects across multiple industries.

The selected digital programme manager will join this award winning tech house and be passionate about driving forward digital transformation programmes for a portfolio of clients and leading multi-functional teams, this is essentially a hybrid role between a traditional bid director and programme manager.

For the digital programme manager this role will include securing funding, resourcing, managing all teams and partners, as well as validation and completion of all activities and outcomes in alignment with the wider Digital programme's goals, meaning you will need able to work with a methodology framework rather than blindly following a detailed process.

Essential Criteria (Some but not all)

  • Deep understanding of bid/project/programme/agile management techniques and methods and a proven pedigree of leading complex IT programmes or Cat B (or above) bids
  • The ability to understand complex business problems and commercial frameworks applying a logical, systematic approach to plan and coordinate an appropriate solution
  • Highly effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to command respect and to create a sense of trusted community for all team members
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills with the ability to distil complex ideas into understandable terms for all team members
  • Ability to forecast and create roadmaps to achieve programme goals
