Deal Advisory - Manager (Deal Integration)
A well known company that works more like a boutique than a multi-national is building their deal advisory practice and needs those with experience of deal integration to take ownership of engagements whilst working to develop the practice.
The Role - You'll be working as part of a collaborative team on cross-sector projects with minimal oversight. The team provide deal insights and become the transformation partners for high profile clients. You'll be expected to take ownership and be the primary point of contact for the client with work focused around pre & post deal advisory, so experience of core skills such as carve-outs, separation, vendor assistance and operational due diligence is what's needed.
This is an opportunity where you will be given responsibility and accountability, as well as the chance to achieve fast-track promotion - no more 3 year business cases that still don't offer any guarantees… - in an entrepreneurial, flat structure that offers a genuine alternative to the usual names. As it's also a developing practice, some experience in working in a growing environment is preferred.

Rate: Manager - £50,000 - £70,000 base + bonus, benefits
