About the Department
Energy Customer Solutions is the face of SSE to our customers in GB and Ireland, providing leading and reliable B2B services as well as leading retail solutions for our B2C customers.
The Unbilled and Gas Registrations Teams have a key role with SSE BE to ensure our gas and electric customers are billed both quickly and accurately from a customer joining SSE to when they decide to change supplier.
What is the Role?
As an Unbilled Advisor, you'll be responsible to ensure that our gas and electric customers are billed accurately and in a timely manner, whilst working towards set targets using established guidelines, procedures and process driven methodology both as part of a team and by using your own initiative.
You will also be trained to be able to assist the Gas Registration Team.
What do I need?
We are looking for someone with excellent self-motivational skills, an eye for detail, problem solving be and able to work to a high standard. You will need to be capable of working on your own initiative but also have a team ethic.
Experience of working in a fast-paced team environment will be necessary. Previous experience in a billing and problem solving environment would be desirable although full training will be provided.
