About the Department
Energy Customer Solutions is the face of SSE to our customers in GB and Ireland, providing leading and reliable B2B services as well as leading retail solutions for our B2C customers. We are currently seeking 2 Customer Service Advisors to join out SMART Data Cleanse team in Reading.
The main purpose of this role is to support the SMART team as we are rolling out the SMART data bases to our customers.
What do I need?
-The ability to communicate on all levels with Team Members and Team Managers
-To communicate with both our internal & external stakeholders
-Adapt to new systems and processes as and when they are rolled out
-Being driven to meet targets
-Knowledge of SSE and the energy industry is beneficial but not essential
-Ability to work as part of team and also use own initiative
