Energy Customer Solutions is the face of SSE to our customers in GB and ROI, providing leading and reliable B2B services as well as leading retail solutions for our B2C customers.

SSE Airtricity is Ireland's second largest and fastest growing energy provider, supplying around 800,000 domestic and commercial gas, electricity and home energy services customers in the Republic and Northern Ireland. The role of a Customer Service Advisor is intrinsic to the success of SSE Airtricity. We are looking for individuals who are confident, articulate, and determined to succeed in a professional working environment, and quite simply you will be the voice of SSE Airtricity and an ambassador for our brand. You will be taking general enquiry calls from our customers with a diverse range of questions and needs so it's essential that you're able to think broadly and provide innovative solutions to your customer's requests
What do I need?
We are looking for people with strong Customer Service skills. Previous experience in either a contact centre or a face to face capacity and a history of working in a compliant and target-based environment would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given. As numbers form a large part of this role, we will require you to have analytical and reconciliation skills alongside excellent communication skills. Confidence with computers is a must as you will be working on multiple systems at once in a very fast paced environment
