What is the Role?

We believe in treating our customers like family and always going the extra mile in whatever we do and we are looking for passionate and motivated Customer Service Advisors to join our Business Energy team. Our blended model of working at home and in the office, provides our colleagues with the flexibility and support they require to succeed in this role. Our department is open 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, so there's no evening or weekend work at all!

As a Customer Service Advisor your main responsibilities will be:

- answering inbound calls from SSE Airtricity business customers

- providing a professional, friendly and efficient service to existing and potential business customers by providing an outstanding service at all times

- building loyalty and lasting relationships

- working towards meeting and exceeding individual and department targets by being a team player

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- excellent communication skills and be client focused

- demonstrable customer service skills

- the attributes to be a great team player

- the ability to plan well, be organised and have a keen eye for detail

- the ability to use your own initiative
