What is the Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Credit Control Administrator to join our Prepayment Metering team in Belfast. This team sits within the broader Billing Operations, Back Office & Collections team. Responsibilities will include but not be restricted to the following: -
-Support the accurate and frequent billing of Prepayment Meter accounts and ensure they are reconciled when billed.
-Resolve billing account and Prepayment meter/card queries.
-Action billing reports and provide general administrative assistance.
-Maintain a high level of attention to detail and focus on quality when capturing and inputting information.
-Work towards set targets as part of a team using established guidelines, policies and procedures.
-Work closely with colleagues and teams to promote and maintain a consistently high level of customer service.
-Maintain excellent working relationships with internal departments and external contacts.
-Support reconciling the suspense account to transfer payments to accounts
-Work in line with Company values and commitments
What do I need?
-The successful applicant will be organised and have exceptional attention to detail with strong numeracy skills
-Customer and quality-focused, passionate about delivering excellent customer service
-Demonstratable verbal, written and communication skills
-Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
-High standard of IT proficiency; excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office package - specifically Excel
-Previous experience in a customer service or customer accounting environment is desirable.
-Previous account reconciliation experience is desirable
