About the Department

Energy Customer Solutions is the face of SSE to our customers in GB and Ireland, providing leading and reliable B2B services as well as leading retail solutions for our B2C customers.

What is the Role?

Working within our Business Energy Digital Support team is a fast paced and rewarding role. The role involves working as a team to support our online customers with their enquiries via email and managing online access rights. You will have opportunity to make an impact on the how the website works in future as we are continually striving to improve our services. You will play a vital role in business letter production and dispatch. Additionally, you will support the team in producing Green Certificates for our 100% Green Energy customers.

What do I need?

We are looking for people with strong Customer Service skills. Previous experience in either a contact centre or a face to face capacity and a history of working in a compliant and target-based environment would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given. As numbers form a large part of this role, we will require you to have analytical and reconciliation skills alongside excellent communication skills. Confidence with computers is a must as you will be working on multiple systems at once in a very fast paced environment

You will build rewarding relationships as you deliver SSE's unparalleled service levels, recommending the best solutions to suit our customers individual needs while prioritising your work to meet tight deadlines.
