About the Department
Energy Customer Solutions is the face of SSE to our customers in GB and Ireland, providing leading and reliable B2B services as well as leading retail solutions for our B2C customers.

What is the Role
-Work as part of a highly motivated team
-Manage daily operational workloads, Phone Calls, Processing Tracking Jobs (PTJs), Emails etc
-Ensure you are compliant with Regulation (UR and CER) Code of Practice and Data Protection
-Proactively manage the billing cycles of all Pre-Payment accounts, to ensure all customers receive their statement as per scheduled bill cycles
-Liaise with Team Leaders & Manager, in reporting on compliance levels for department
-Liaise with TLs in order to highlight agent, team, department training needs
-Other ad-hoc workloads may be required as per Business needs
-Proactively work with TLs, agents in order maintain compliance level > 95%
-Respond to queries within SLA
What do I need?
-Customer and quality-focused, organised, have exceptional attention to detail and passionate -about delivering service excellence at all times
-Working knowledge of MS Office
-An open and flexible work-style and an ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
-Innovative and process orientated, always looking to make life easier, for both the department and the customer
-Problem and discrepancy solving skills
-Demonstrated Experience working within a customer focused environment
-Strong business reporting skills enabling you to identify trends and minimise risk
-Professional telephone manner
