About the Role

Base Location: Thatcham

Salary: £25,703 - £29,879 pro rata + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: 6 months fixed term | Full Time | Flexible working options available.

Our Asset Data team ensure that the asset records of our underground and overhead electrical equipment are kept up to date. In this role you will:

• Focus on supporting the networks business using company software, Geographical Information System (GIS) and delivering data to operational customers.
• Maintain network record and asset data using the company software, Geographical Information System (GIS) and asset register for use by both internal and selected external customers.
• Support the wider team with routine and ad hoc requirements, as well as ensuring efficient running of the department on a day to day basis.
• Interact with many stakeholders, both externally and within the business.
• Utilise geographical mapping to conduct your duties.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

• Experience using a company GIS system.
• Excellent IT skills including software's CITRIX, Explorer and the Office suite.
• A solid understanding of our company, electricity networks and the business structure in which we operate.
• A keen eye for detail and an ability to produce accurate and quality work.
• Excellent interpersonal skills which help you to build lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
